可视化评价在中职英语教学中的应用


随着国家改革开放的深入,职业教育变得越来越重要。中等职业教育担负着为国家培养初中级技能型人才的重任。但由于生源数量的减少和生源质量的滑坡,中职英语教学变得越来越困难。中职英语教师们各尽所能努力寻找适合目前中职学生的更好的教学方法。评价方法的研究虽成就显著,但主要研究侧重于评价内容的研究,对于评价数据的处理还不很重视。经过对大多数中职学生迷恋电子游戏这一事实的长期思考,作者提出将可视化评价引入中职英语教学的想法,并付诸实践。通过对两个平行教学班的比较研究发现,可视化评价能够激发学生的英语学习积极性,提高学生的英语成绩,对中职英语教学具有一定有效性和理论、实践指导意义。

Abstract

With the deepening of reform and open door policy, vocational education has become more and more important. Secondary vocational schools shoulder the responsibility of training intermediate skilled talents for the country. However, vocational English teaching has become more difficult because of the reduction of students’ quantity and quality. Teachers have tried to find out better methods to suit students. Many researches have been done about English assessment. But, they mainly focus on the content of assessment, and put less importance to the processing of assessment data. After considering the fact that most vocational students are addicted to electronic games for a long time, the author put forward the assumption of visual assessment, and put it into practice. Basing on the comparative study of two parallel classes, the author found that visual assessment could improve students’ performance and had certain effectiveness for vocational English teaching.
