Abstract

With the rapid development of global economy, Market Segmentation Strategy has been one of the common strategies of corporations. This essay discusses the significant effects of Market Segmentation Strategy on the management of Spirax Sarco by analyzing the previous cases of Spirax Sarco. The paper briefly introduces Spirax Sarco’s development history and conducts a study on the theory of Market Segmentation. Based on the previous studies, this paper illustrates concrete ways to implement Market Segmentation Strategy in Spirax Sarco. Through analysis, it is concluded that Market Segmentation Strategy is meaningful for the development of enterprises. It is the Market Segmentation Strategy that helps Spirax Sarco to be the pioneer around the world perpetually.
