江西A民办高校发展的困境和出路分析


摘      要
改革开放以来,在高等教育市场化的旗帜下,在非义务教育供需矛盾突出的前提下,江西地区民办高等教育事业发展迅猛。
但是,伴随着规模的壮大,在办学过程中也出现了很多不规范的诸如招生、教学、日常管理等问题。这些问题如果不得到及时解决将影响江西民办高等教育事业的进一步发展,影响部分地区的经济和社会稳定。
本文采用案例研究的方法,拟从招生问题、资本分配问题及师资流动性问题这三个方面对江西A民办高校发展过程中的困境进行理论和实证分析,最终提出了一个以“建立地区招生联盟”为突破口的综合治理模型,以降低招生成本带动资本的合理分配,以资本的合理分配巩固师资的稳定性,最终促使A民办高校的发展进入一个良性循环。

Abstract
After China's reform and opening up, advanced education is opened to the market. And the contradiction between supply and demand of non-compulsory education becomes obvious. Under this background, Jiangxi's private advanced education is developing rapidly.
However, with the education scale expanding, lots of irregular problems appear during the course of running schools, such as enrollment, teaching, daily management etc. If these problems can not be resolved in time, the development of Jiangxi's private advanced education would be hindered, and the economy and social stability in some districts would also be influenced.
This article uses the case-study, and tries to analyze the difficulties faced by a private college A from both theoretical and practical ways. The analyses mainly focus on enrollment, capital distribution and teachers' mobility. And this article puts forward a comprehensive managing model in the end, which takes “to establish a regional enrollment union” as the breakthrough, in order to lower the spending on enrollment, rationalize the capital distribution and consolidate the stability of the teachers in succession, and promote the development of the private college A to enter a virtuous circle at last.
