浅析绿色贸易壁垒对中国的国际贸易的影响及中国的应对措施

摘要：绿色贸易壁垒是发达国家在绿色消费和环境保护浪潮下制定的一系列环保法规及技术标准,它已经并将对我国出口贸易的发展形成重大的影响。
本文分为三个部分，第一部分介绍了绿色壁垒的涵义、形成原因以及主要表现形式，第二部分具体阐述了绿色壁垒给给我国带来的影响。第三部分提出了我国应对绿色壁垒的具体措施。
通过本文写作，笔者认为由于绿色消费、可持续发展已成为世界主流趋势，我国应当顺应潮流，积极应对绿色贸易壁垒 。

Analysis of Influence of the Green Barrier to Trade on China’s International Trade and China’s Countermeasures

Abstract

Green Barrier to Trade, which refers to a series of environmental regulations and technical standards formulated by developed countries in the trend of green consumption and environmental protection, has had and will continue to have great influence on China’s international trade.
This thesis is divided into three parts. Part one firstly introduces the implication, formation and major manifestations of Green Barrier to Trade. Part two analyzes the influence of the Green Barrier to Trade on China’s international trade. The Green Barrier to Trade has decreased the scope, volume, and revenue and growth rate of China’s export as well as caused trade frictions. Part three propose the countermeasures from the perspective of Chinese government and Chinese enterprises respectively. The government should play a role in leading, supervising and safeguarding; enterprises should endeavor to improve management and technology content of products to enhance competitiveness in the world market.
By writing this thesis, the author contends that as green consumption and sustainable development have become worldwide trend, China should face up to the Green Barrier to Trade, and actively adopt countermeasures to break through the Green Barrier to Trade.
