绿色贸易壁垒对山东水产品出口的影响及对策研究

摘 要
山东是水产品生产大省，20世纪90年代以来水产品总产量持续高速增长。随着总产量的增加，山东水产品对外贸易在我国外贸中的地位也日趋重要。山东省渔业经济持续稳定发展。但是近几年来在绿色贸易壁垒兴起的背景下，山东省水产品出口面临新的机遇和挑战，随着国际国内竞争日趋激烈，其原先的价格、劳动力和资源优势已经逐渐失去往日的优势地位。
本文从选题的背景及意义出发，提出研究的问题。并分析了山东省水产品出口的现状，山东省水产品出口的竞争优势。继而从绿色壁垒的概念出发，分析了绿色壁垒的表现形式,期望对绿色贸易壁垒有一个全面而系统的认识。然后辩证地分析了山东省水产品出口在绿色壁垒的背景下所面临的问题及其原因分析。在先前论述的基础上，本文对山东省水产品出口贸易如何面对绿色壁垒进行了对策研究。得出只要我们认真研究，准确了解和把握各种壁垒，积极应对各种绿色贸易壁垒，更好地提升产品的国际竞争力，最终山东省水产品会真正成为国际国内市场的优质产品。

Abstract

     Shandong is the largest producer of aquatic products in china, the total output of aquatic products has maintained rapid growth since the 1990s in the 20th century. Along with the increasing in total output, foreign trade in the aquatic products industry is becoming more and more important in Shan Dong. However，the export of aquatic products has been seriously influenced by green trade barriers in the recent years. Shandong’s aquatic products export enfront with both chance and chanllenge. With the seriously competition of aquatic exports in the world, the competitive advantages are no longer obvious as before.
In this paper,we start with the background and significance of topics, put out the issue of research and analyze the status of the export and competitive edge of aquatic products in Shandong Province. Then from the concept of green barriers, the analysis of manifestations，expected to have a comprehensive and systematic understanding of the green trade barriers. And then we dialectical analysed the problem and its causes in the context of green barriers on the export of aquatic products in Shandong Province. Based on the previous paper,we did study on the countermeasures of the export of aquatic products in Shandong Province how to face the green trade barriers.As long as we come to seriously study and accurately understand and grasp the various barriers, have a positive response to a variety of green trade barriers, enhance the international competitiveness of products, aquatic products in Shandong Province will eventually become a truly international and domestic market quality products.
