伯纳德公司渠道建设研究

摘    要
    随着经济社会的发展，中小型企业数量逐渐增多，渠道作为现今中小企业发展必不可少的一个环节，如何对渠道进行选择和把握是一个至关重要的问题。作为工业品生产制造型伯纳德公司而言，现今渠道的选择和建设都严重影响着企业的发展。
    渠道选择和建设的问题已经有了很多的研究和分析，对于传统制造行业——电动阀门来讲，销售是企业存活之根本，其中大部分利润都是通过渠道获取的，在选择和建设渠道方面，许多企业都视之为根本的根本。如今企业要发展，必须对于整个渠道进行有效的选择和控制，有些时候企业的努力通过渠道得不到想达到的收益，这些也都是导致企业面临危机的一个关键性问题。因为渠道不同于产品及其他，更多的时候渠道的管理更加灵活多变，不易把握。本文通过对于特定的行业和特殊的企业群体的渠道分析，描述了在选择渠道的过程中所存在的问题并对此进行评述和探究。更加具体化、目标化、完整化地对伯纳德企业渠道选择进行优劣势分析。从中总结中小型电动阀门制造企业在选择和建设渠道的时候所应注意的问题，通过这些问题得出结论和解决办法。

Abstract
 
    With the economic and social development, gradually increasing the number of small and medium enterprises, the channel current development of SMEs as an essential part of how to choose and grasp the channel is a critical issue. Because the channel is different from other products and, more often channel management more flexible, not easily grasp.In this paper, for specific industries and specific channels of business groups, describes the process in the choice of channels the problems and conduct a review and inquiry. More specific, goal oriented, full of places on the channel selection Bernard advantages and disadvantages of business analysis. Summary from small and medium sized manufacturing enterprises in the choice of electric valve and construction of the channel should pay attention to the problem when, through the conclusion of these problems and solutions.
