某DV民营企业品牌战略管理分析
【摘要】博亚时代是深圳的一家知名DV民营企业,在多年的创业发展历程中,终于找到适合自身发展的定位——以实施打造“自主研发”为核心的多品牌发展战略。本文运用品牌战略管理理论和方法,分析了博亚时代的品牌战略制定及品牌战略管理过程,总结其品牌战略的优点与不足,并提出了公司进一步完善品牌战略管理的对策建议。

【Abstract】The Boya Times is a well-known national DV enterprise in Shenzhen. Established in Shenzhen in year of 2002. It has started with the difficulty, but also experienced setback in development. After failures, it has found its own localization based on the multi-brand strategy to develop the self-research and development strategy. This paper studies emphasizes one the company's brand strategy formulation and brand strategy management process, detailed on strategy brand management theory and the related method. The author aims at its strengths and weaknesses and therefore gives suggestions for improvement.
