银行合并后管理沟通的问题与对策研究


【摘要】如今,许多企业在实施其战略计划或谋求更大地发展时,都会考虑兼并与收购。在全球范围内企业并购的金额大、普遍性高,但是其成功率却差强人意。本文借助深圳发展银行与平安银行合并的事件,通过对行内员工进行访谈,了解深发展在合并事件后管理管理沟通的状况,发现其在沟通上的不足、存在的问题以及对深发展的影响,再根据问题,找出解决方案,提高其管理效率。同时让其他合并、兼并的企业关注管理沟通上的问题,重视沟通,为他们在解决管理沟通问题提供借鉴。

【Abstract】Nowadys, many enterprises will consider mergers and acquisitions when they are implementing the strategic and seeking greater development. In the world,the combination of enterprise is widespread and involves a very large sum,but its success ratio is low.With the help of the event about Shenzhen Development Bank and Ping An Bank, the writer came to understand the situation of Shenzhen Development Bank’s managerial communication,the existing problems, and the influence to Shenzhen Development Bank ,through this interview to employees.According to the problems, the writer find out solution and the way to enhance the manageral efficiency.What’s more,this paper makes other's annexation of enterprises pay attention to managerial communication, and offers suggestions to them when they are sloving the problem about managerial communication.
