我国NGO公信力建设

【摘要】
随着改革开放的不断深化，社会主义市场经济的日趋发展，人民的民主意识也日益提升， “小政府、大社会”日渐成为国家管治模式的新目标。而NGO也成为了新时代迫切需求的社会组织，但目前我国的NGO的公信力明显不足，致使NGO的发展停滞不前。
是以将展开以NGO的公信力为主要的研究对象，采用文献参考、新闻收集以及国内外案例比对的方法对我国NGO目前的状况进行探索性分析，结果显示我国NGO公信力明显不足，所以针对造成公信力不足的原因对症下药，参考香港特区及国外的成功案例提出初步的探索性建议。
本文将对中国目前NGO的发展情况，结合实例进行分析致使NGO公信力不足的原因，兼顾考虑我国的国情，最终给予NGO挽救公信力不足的问题的建议。但随着社会的持续发展，该课题仍需不断深入研究和探讨。

【Abstract】
With the deepening of Reform and Opening-up Policy, the Socialist Market Economy developes day by day, people's democratic consciousness is also rising. “Small government and the big society” becomes a new goal of governance mode. NGO has also become a new social organization we demanded.However, in China, NGO’s bad growment results in it's credibility’s insufficiency.
So I set the credibility of the NGO as the main object of this study. With literature references, news collections and some native or abroad cases, we can see the credibility of NGO in China is in a low-level.Therefore, contraposing the causes of deficiency of credibility of NGO, this paper will gives some sugesstions refers to the successful examples of Hong Kong SAR and some foreign countries.
This paper analyzes the development of China's current NGO, gives considerations of how we can save the credibility of NGO by analyzing some cases and the national conditions in our country. But as the society continues to develop, lots of researching work still need to be done in the future. And we need a further discussion.
