深圳社会工作发展现状

【摘要】社会工作是现代社会为解决社会问题、化解社会矛盾、协调社会关系、维护社会稳定、促进社会公平正义而普遍采取的一项重要的制度安排，它是市场化、工业化、城市化发展到一定阶段的产物，是社会发展和人类文明进步的重要标志。本文的研究思路如下：纵观社会工作在各个国家的发展，结合我国的实际情况，以深圳为例，研究在其发展过程中所遇到的问题，并尝试提出建议。本文主要分为四个部分：第一部分为本文的背景综述以及对相关概念进行界定；第二部分对我国社会工作的发展状况进行概括；第三部分是本文的重点，探讨社会工作在深圳的发展状况，解读相关政策，总结、概括深圳的社会工作面临的主要问题并尝试提出对策与建议；第四部分对全文进行总结并展望社会工作在我国未来的发展前景。

【Abstract】
Social work in modern society is to solve the social problem, dissolve social contradiction, coordinate social relations, maintain social stability, promote social fairness and justice and generally take an important system arrangement, it is to commercialize, industrialized, city changes development to a certain stage of the product, is the social development and the progress of human civilization important symbol.The idea of this study are as follows：according to the social work in the development of all countries, combined with China's actual situation, taking Shenzhen as an example, studies in the development process of the problems, and try to put forward suggestions.This paper is mainly divided into four parts: the first part is the background of this paper summarizes and defines the related concepts; second part of China's social work development status are summarized; the third part is the focus of this paper, explore the social work development in Shenzhen state, interpretation of relevant policies, summary, wraparound Shenzhen social work faces main problems and tries to put forward some countermeasures and suggestions; the fourth part of the full text of a summary and prospects of social work in China's future development prospect.
