技能工资计划理论与实践研究

知识经济和技术的进步与发展以及企业的变革对传统的职位工资制产生了巨大冲击。为了激励员工不断努力学习和掌握新知识、新技能,以员工为中心的技能工资制渐渐兴起,并成为应对外部环境变化的一种行之有效的工资计划。本文从技能工资计划的概念、理论基础和国外研究三方面进行了文献综述,用历史研究法总结了技能工资计划在我国的发展;概括了技能工资计划在我国的适用情况,并针对实践中的问题探讨了解决方案。最终得出结论,技能工资计划在我国有待完善,而现代意义上的包含知识、技能和胜任力工资的“能力薪酬”必将成为我国工资计划未来的发展趋势。

ABSTRACT

The progress and development of knowledge economy and technology, along with organizational changes, have made a tremendous impact on traditional job-based pay system. In order to motivate employees to learn and master new knowledge and new skills continuously, a people-oriented skill-based pay system has rising gradually and soon became an effective wage plan that can deal with changes in the external environment. This paper conducted a literature review from the concept of skill-based pay plan, the theoretical basis and foreign studies. It also summarized the development of skill-based pay plan in our country. Then outlined the application of skill-based pay in our country and proposed solutions to problems in practice. Ultimately we came to the conclusion that skill-based pay in China needs to be improved, moreover, the modern sense of “ability salary” which includes knowledge, skill and competency, will probably become the future trend of China’s wage plan.
