我国事业单位公开招聘存在问题研究


摘  要
本文通过文献分析法和随机抽样法,对事业单位公开招聘的改革历程进行梳理,对比分析了事业单位公开招聘与公务员、企业招聘的异同。从抽样的样本中,我们发现目前事业单位公开招聘中存在认识不足、法律不全、落实不到位等问题,提出应该加快相关法律体系的建设、加强制度落实和对基层事业单位的指导。

ABSTRACT
This article marshals the reform of open recruitment in institutions and contrasts recruitment in institusions,government and companies by analysising literature and random sampling method. We find that there are some problems like inadequate understanding and law when we carry out open recruitment.Therefore we should
pay more attention to the institusions of basic level and speed up the construction of the relevant law system, strengthening the system implementation.
