水产食品有限公司的领导艺术

摘　要
本论文的研究目的和意义在于通过对沿海地区中小水产类企业的行业环境、现状、未来趋势的分析，以及对这类企业的领导者的领导艺术的描述和研究，并以笔者自己在水产行业月余的实习为基础，运用大学四年所学领导学知识，对沿海地区的水产类企业的领导艺术进行研究与分析。
本文试从水产行业的角度来描述企业发展中的领导艺术：
首先，用SWOT模式来分析来企业的内外环境；主要分析水产类企业的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战。从而使本文的开端有一个比较宽广的视野。
其次，结合管理学界对领导学模型的研究，描述本公司领导者运用领导艺术的实际情况；
然后，阐述适合上海金君水产食品有限公司的领导艺术；
最后，对本文的写作情况、思路进行总结。

This article is to describe the leadership skill during the enterprise development from the view of the marine and seafood company.

First of all,I will analyze the inside and outside environment of the enterprise with the SWOT pattern,primary in the strength、weakness、opportunity and threate of the enterprise;

Next ,according to the research of the leading skill theory in management,I will elaborate the actual situation in which the leaders of this company to utilize the leadership skill.

then,I will unify the reality to analyze the application of the leadership skill in the enterprise development of shanghai Jinjun marine and seafood company lmt.

finally,describe the writing situation and research method of this article.
