A环保公司发展战略研究
摘 要
我国的环保产业属于朝阳产业，发展潜力巨大，充满了机会，它对实现中国社会经济发展的战略目标，促进社会经济与环境的协调发展具有十分重要的作用，环保产业已成为我国国民经济新的增长点。但现阶段我国环保行业在研发、生产和经营等方面存在许多问题。对于一个新进入环保行业的企业来说，如何把握机会，迎接挑战，寻求未来生存发展的空间，这是企业决策者所面临的重大课题。作者以A环保公司为研究对象，运用战略管理的基本理论和方法，并结合实证分析方法，对影响企业发展的外部和内部因素进行比较全面和深入的分析，在此基础上对A环保公司未来的发展提出了基本的战略构想。
本文一共有四章。第一章绪论，主要对A环保公司及其属下企业进行了概述；说明本研究的背景和动机，期望达到的研究目的以及研究流程等。第二章主要是对企业的战略环境进行分析，包括宏观环境，环保产业环境，并通过 EFE 矩阵对企业在总体上进行定量评价，以识别A环保公司最主要的机会和威胁。第三章是对企业的内部资源和能力进行分析，通过IFE矩阵和CPM矩阵对企业进行比较定量的评价，以识别企业最主要的优势和劣势。进行了企业的SWOT 分析。第四章确立了A环保公司企业的战略目标和发展战略。提出了在战略实施中应注意的几个问题，如构建规范的公司治理结构，企业核心能力的培养与创新等。
本文运用战略管理的理论对A环保公司所处的战略环境以及企业内部资源和能力进行了剖析，在总结企业所面临的机会、威胁，以及所拥有的优势、劣势基础上，提出了企业发展战略，明确了企业的发展方向。本文力求为A环保公司明确未来发展的思路，另外也希望能为已经或将要涉足环保行业的企业提供了有益的参考和启示。本文的重点主要放在战略的制定方面，而在战略实施方面，如在市场营销、财务管理等方面还有待在今后的工作中作进一步研究。

ABSTRACT
Chinese environmental protection industry is a sunrise industry with huge development potential, and full of opportunities. And Chinese environmental protection industry plays a very important role in Chinese socio-economic development strategy and the promotion of the development between socio-economic and environment, the environmental protection industry has become China's new economic growth points. However, at present, there are many problems in the research and development, production and management of Chinese environmental protection industry. For a new enterprise entering environmental industries, how to seize the opportunity, meet the challenges and seek the future survival and development of the space are major issues which the corporation decision makers are facing. The author takes The A environment protection limited company as a study object, and the comprehensive and in-depth analysis is performed for the external and internal factors which affect the enterprise development, thereby achieving the basic strategic concept on the development of The A environment protection limited company by using the basic theory and method of the strategic management and empirical analysis.
In this paper with four chapters, the first chapter introduction, briefly introducing The A environment protection limited company, and showing the background and motivation of the research , and achieving the purpose of the research and research process, and so on. The second chapter mainly takes an analysis for the strategic environment of the enterprises, including macroeconomic environment, the environmental protection industry environment, and the quantitative evaluation is performed for the enterprise through EFE matrix to identify the main opportunities and threats of The A environment protection limited company. The third chapter, the analysis is performed for the enterprise's internal resources and capacity, and the quantitative evaluation is performed for the enterprise by IFE matrix and CPM matrix to identify the most important business advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise. The fourth chapter, the SWOT analysis is performed for the enterprise, and establishing a strategic objectives and the development strategy.and several problems are put forward which The A environment protection limited company should pay attention to in performing the strategy, such as building a standardized corporate governance structure, and the core competence and innovation, and so on.
In this paper, the analysis is performed for the strategic environment and internal resources and the ability of the enterprise by using the theory of the strategic management, and put forward the development strategic of the enterprise based on the opportunities and threats, as well as the advantages and disadvantages. This paper seeks to the future development strategy of The A environment protection limited company, and also wants to provide a useful reference to other environmental protection company. This paper focuses primarily on the establishing of the strategy, however the implementation of the strategy, such as in marketing, financial management, and other aspects have yet to be futher studied in future work.
