摘要:酒店业竞争异常激烈,酒店要想在竞争中处于不败之地,仅仅提供规范化、标准化的服务是远远不够的。尤其是像北京金辇酒店这样在个性化服务方面做得有所欠缺的酒店,要想在经营中取得成功,个性化服务是不二的选择。客人的个性化需求归根结底是一种希望被尊重、受重视的感觉,而不仅仅是对物质条件的满足,所以酒店只有在规范化的基础上,逐渐开发和提供个性化服务,才能给顾客以惊喜,才能让顾客感觉到“宾至如归”,才能使顾客“留连忘返”。个性化服务对酒店综合实力的要求很高,这就需要酒店在各方面都有改进。只有全方位的改进才能把个性化服务进行下去,酒店的长远发展才是有益的。

The individual needs of the guests is a want to be respected in the final analysis, the feeling of attention, not just the satisfaction of material conditions, so the hotel only on the basis of standardization, and gradually develop and provide personalized service to customers in order to surprise in order for customers to feel "at home" in order to make customers "will never forget." Personalized service the requirements of the hotel very high overall strength, which requires the hotel has improved in every respect.
