  摘要:物业管理作为一个新兴的行业,伴随着我国社会经济和房地产市场的快速发展,已逐渐成为房地产经营管理的重要组成部分。物业管理的推进与发展,改善了广大居民的生活、工作环境,推动了两个文明建设,为促进住宅建设成为新的经济增长点和实施社会再就业工程作出了积极的贡献。同时,也应该看到在物业管理过程中存在的问题日益突出。物业管理收费是物业公司最重要的工作,也是物业公司正常运行的依据。但物业收费中存在很多问题,都需要用一些方法解决。对此,我们就这个问题展开探讨。
