促进西安高新技术产业发展的税收政策取向

我国现行的税收优惠政策有力地促进了高新技术产业的发展,并取得了一定的政策效果。但是就我国现行税收政策分析及高新技术产业发展中的实际情况来看,仍然存在着问题。进而提出了以下的问题并进行说明。
