摘  要

随着市场竞争的加剧,人力资源越来越成为企业创造利润的主要来源和战略性资源。在人力资源管理的众多内容中,员工激励问题是重要内容之一。如何使用好企业的激励机制以更好地发挥人力资源的效益是中小企业在市场竞争中要解决的关键问题。因此,企业应该不断改进人力资源管理工作,提高员工激励的有效性。
本文首先介绍了员工激励的定义、影响因素和实施员工激励的意义。紧接着在第二部分对中小企业人力资源管理的现状进行了描述,并分析了导致这些现象出现的原因。针对中小企业员工激励方面存在的诸多问题,本文在第三部分提出了几种员工激励的方法,包括:用良好的企业文化激励员工,制定激励性的薪酬和福利,给员工提供培训机会,精神激励和股权激励等。
另外,对员工进行激励,还应该注意激励措施的系统性,不能顾此失彼,否则会使激励的正负效果相互抵消,降低激励的效果。激励是人力资源管理者需要掌握的具有挑战性的技能,它既要基于科学的激励理论,又要具有艺术性,这样才能取得良好的激励效果。

ABSTRACT

As the market competition, human resources become more and more enterprises to create a major source of profit and strategic resources. Human resources management in the context of the many, the issue of staff motivation is an important one. How to use good business incentives in order to better the effectiveness of human resources play a small and medium enterprises, competition in the market to solve key issues. Therefore, enterprises should continue to improve the management of human resources and improve the effectiveness of staff motivation.
This article first introduced the definition of staff motivation, influencing factors and the significance of staff motivation. Followed by small and medium enterprises in the second part of the status of human resources management are described and analyzed the factors that caused the causes of these phenomena. Incentives for small and medium-sized staff with regard to the many problems in the third part of this paper, several ways to motivate employees, including: use of good corporate culture to motivate staff, the development of incentive pay and benefits, provide training opportunities to employees, heart equal pay and other incentives and equity-based incentives.
    In addition, staff incentives, incentives should also pay attention to the systematic, can not be balanced, otherwise the positive and negative incentive effects would cancel each other out, reducing the effectiveness of incentives. Motivate the need for human resource managers have the skills to be challenging, it should be science-based motivation theory, but also with art, so that the incentive to get good results.
