企业营销员素质与营销技巧研究
摘 要
在现今经济条件下市场的企业的生存和发展受到危机，这些危机的解决所必需之一是市场的开拓者—营销员。在不景气的经济环境下营销员的作用显现的尤为突出了。企业对优秀营销员的渴望更是如饥似渴。因此，这里对成为一位优秀营销的素质和营销技巧做了点研究。
本文首先分析了市场营销对社会经济发展的作用；对企业发展的作用。然后分析了市场营销不能没有营销员，企业更不能没有营销员—即营销员的作用。其次就是针对一个营销员的成长及发展列出了一般营销员的知识与素质标准及营销过程中的必须牢牢把握的工作习惯标准，因为营销过程中的细微环节都可以成就与破坏营销。再次阐述了一名优秀营销员的特别素质及营销技巧，这也是本文研究的重点，优秀营销员应该有他独特的一面，这些素质与技巧的运用与配合将会使营销员的工作与事业更得心应手。最后是对伟大营销员乔•杰拉德的一些营销技巧的分析，从他的技巧中我们更清楚的看到了优秀营销员的独特性。

ABSTRACT
The market enterprise's survival and the development receive the crisis under the nowadays current economic condition, these crisis's solution must one is the market earlier worker - marketing. Under not booming economic environment marketing function appearance outstandingly. The enterprise is desires strongly to the outstanding marketing's hope. Therefore, here to became an outstanding marketing the quality and the marketing skill has done research.
This article has first analyzed the market marketing to the socio-economic development function; to enterprise development function. Then analyzed the market marketing not to be able not to have the marketing, the enterprise could not have the marketing - is the marketing function. Next was aims at a marketing growth and the development has listed the working habit standard which in the general marketing's knowledge and the quality standard and the marketing process must grasp firmly, because in the marketing process's slight link might the achievement and the destruction marketing. Elaborated once more an outstanding marketing's special quality and the marketing skill, this is also the key point which this article studies, the outstanding marketing should have his unique one side, these qualities and the skill utilization and the coordination will cause the marketing work and the enterprise are handier. Finally is to the great marketing Quay Jerrard's some marketing skill analysis, we clearer saw the outstanding marketing distinctive quality from his skill.
