Information age not only brings a great deal of information, as well as people’s lives, learning and works a great deal of convenience. Experts and scholars in China have been discussing how e-commerce industry rapid and healthy development, what kind of transaction is most suitable for the majority of Chinese enterprises and consumers. In fact, different types of e-commerce because of its customer base to face different and have different marketing strategy and profit model.
This topic focus on the study of Baidu youa E-commerce website operating mode. Base on this research and analysis, we will know that how Baidu youa operates its on-line business. The topic involves the following parts of Baidu youa: overview, operating mode, operating strategy, relative software, customer safety and design the C to Y to IS operating mode.
