摘 要: 我国继2004年对跨国零售公司实行全面开放,国际零售业巨头们纷纷抢占我国的零售业市场。本文分析论述了国际零售商进入中国市场的原因,及其对我国零售业和整个消费市场的影响。由于我国本土企业在经营理念、经验技术、规模优势等方面与老牌资本主义国家相对完善的经营管理体制方面无法与之比较,更则,随着国际知名企业在中国大地上的相继落户,我国零售企业面临着十分严峻的考验。还进一步分析研究了我国的本土零售企业面对强有力的竞争对手,应该如何把握自身的本土化优势,如何在竞争中成长,在竞争中寻求全新的发展道路。
