绿色贸易壁垒对浙江食用菌出口的影响

摘 要：全球经济快速发展的今天，人们不断加快对自然环境、自然资源开发和利用的同时，也加速了全球环境的恶化。面对日益严重的环境问题，人们的环保意识随之增强，国际社会也采取了各种措施来保护人类赖以生存的环境。但是由于环保与贸易二者之间的密切关系，很多发达国家利用了这股高涨的绿色浪潮，在国际贸易中构筑起非关税的“绿色贸易壁垒”，以期达到其贸易保护的目的。由于发展中国家与发达国家的环保水平存在着差距，导致包括中国在内的许多国家在国际贸易中处于不利的局面。本文对绿色贸易壁垒产生的背景、种类及特点进行了分析，并提出了浙江省食用菌出口应对绿色贸易壁垒的对策。

Green Trade Barrier's Impact on The Export of Edible Fungus from Zhejiang

Abstract： Today, as the fast development of globe economy, people accelerated the exploration of the nature sources which deteriorating the globe environment. In the face of the increasingly worsen problem of the environment, people’s consciousness in protecting the globe environment are boosting up and other countries are also taking various measures to protect the condition of people living in. But because of the relationship between environment protecting and trade, many developed countries made use of the rising wave of “Green” and set up the “green trade barrier’ in the activity of the trade in order to protect themselves in the business. Owing to the gap between the developing countries and developed countries in protecting the environment, most of the countries including China are in the bad circumstance.This passage is talking about the background of the green trade barrier and analyses the features and kinds of it. And concentrate in the solution of fighting for the green trade barrier.
