电子政务在服务型政府建设中的作用的研究

摘 要
目前，各个国家都大力发展电子政务来取代传统政务，电子政务被认为是有效提升政府职能部门管理，服务和协调能力的手段之一。
本文首先从电子政务的定义入手，阐明了电子政务内涵，分析了电子政务的特点、意义与作用，阐述了电子政务的主要内容。其次围绕服务型政府的基本理论，电子政务在中山市石岐区存在的一些问题，并提出了一些相应的对策。

The Research of E-government in the Role of a Service-oriented Government  Construction
Abstract
At present,many developed countries make efforts to develop E-government   affair instead of the traditional government affair. It is believed that   E-government affair is one of efficient ways by which the departments of  government   improve their abilities in management,service and harmony.
The paper is about the researching which background on the definition, characteristic, meaning and function, especially on evaluating E-Government theory. Then based on the developing conditions to analysis the advantages and disadvantages of Zhongshan-Government. Meanwhile, inspected Zhongshan-Government development level by introduced the E-Government development process at home and aboard. At last, the paper gives some advice on how to put forward Zhongshan-Government.
