企业的创立、生存和发展，必须以一次次融资、投资、再融资为前提。资本是企业的血脉，是企业经济活动的第一推动力和持续推动力。随着我国市场经济体制的逐步完善和金融市场的快速发展，企业作为市场经济的主体置身于动态的市场环境之中，计划经济的融资方式已经得到根本性改变，企业融资效率越来越成为企业发展的关键。由于经济发展的需要，一些新的融资方式应运而生，融资渠道纷繁复杂。对于中小企业而言，如何选择融资方式，怎样把握融资规模以及各种融资方式的利用时机、条件、成本和风险，这些问题都是企业在融资之前就需要进行认真分析和研究的。

Abstract
The enterprise be founded by, exists and develops , must finance in proper order , invests , finances the premise again. Capital is the enterprise blood vessel in which the blood and qi circulate , is the first motive force and sustained motive force of enterprise economic activity. With the fact that step by step perfect our country market economy system sum financial market fleetness develops, enterprise stays in dynamic marketplace environment as the market economy main body among, the planned economy financing way is already changed ultimacy , enterprise financing efficiency Yue Lai Yue  becomes the key that enterprise develops. Need since economy develops, a little new financing way arises at the historic moment , the financing channel is numerous and complicated. To medium-sized and small enterprises Er Yan  , the way how to choose a financing, taking advantage of opportunities , condition , cost and risk how to grasp financing scale and various financing way, these problem all is that enterprise needs to be in progress analysing carefully and studying right away before the financing.
