我国中小企业融资现状与融资策略

中小企业在保证国民经济持续健康发展、推动技术创新和增加就业机会、维护社会稳定等各个方面发挥着越来越重要的作用。但同时，融资难也成了限制中小企业发展的老大难问题。本文首先分析我国中小企业的重要性和融资对中小企业生存起到至关重要的作用，然后讨论我国中小企业融资现状并分析为何融资如此困难的基础上，最后结合实例进一步探讨中小企业在不同阶段融资渠道的选择。期望能够提高中小企业融资的可行性和适当缓解当前融资难的现状。

ABSTRACT

Medium and small sized enterprises play a growing role in the sustained and healthy development of national economy, the promotion of technological innovation, the increasing of employment opportunities, and the maintain social stability and so on. But at the same time, financing become a difficult problem to restrict the development of medium and small sized enterprises. The paper analyzes the importance of medium and small sized enterprises in China and financing play a more and more important role in medium and small sized enterprises. And then discuss the financing difficulties of the current situation and the reasons why the medium and small sized enterprises face to financing difficulties. Finally, with examples to discuss the medium and small sized enterprises in the different stages how to choose the financing channels. Expect to improve the medium and small sized enterprises feasibility of the financing and to mitigate the financing difficulties of the current situation just in time.
