蒙古国矿业企业在资本市场上融资路径的研究

摘 要

 自90年代初蒙古对外开发以来，外国企业投资一直在蒙古国保持比较稳定的增长。蒙古在发展的过程中一直是以畜牧业为主的国家，还没有建立比较健全的工业体系。近些年来，蒙古的矿业产业随着国内和国际市场的需求的增长，而得到了蓬勃的发展。本文通过研究和分析蒙古矿业市场，对其相关的矿业企业、证券交易所做出了相关的评价和总结。对蒙古在大力发展矿业产业的过程中所遇到的资金短缺问题做出了详细的解释，并分析了蒙古矿业企业通过吸引外资的融资手段来解决资金周转和短缺的问题，从而进一步的提高了蒙古矿业企业的国际影响力和拓宽了国际市场。最后，通过分析蒙古企业在资本市场上的融资问题，得出了蒙古企业进一步发展的改善方案。

Abstract

 With the external development of Mongolia since early 1990s, foreign investment has been to maintain a relatively stable growth in Mongolia. Mongolia has always been a livestock-oriented country in the process of development, and has not been established a relatively sound industrial system. In recent years, with the dramatic growth in demand for mining domestic and international markets, Mongolian mining industry has been vigorously developed. In this paper, we analysis the Mongolian mining market and made the summery and evaluation of the related mining companies and stock exchanges. This thesis also made a detailed explanation to the problem of funding shortage that most of the mining companies in Mongolia facing with. Also, by attracting the foreign capital financing the problem have been solved, furthermore, it has also enhanced Mongolian international influence on mining industry and expanded the international capital market. In the last part of the paper, a conclusion has been made by analyzing the corporate investment problem that Mongolian enterprises encountered in capital marketing.
