金融全球化对蒙古国大企业的影响

摘    要
经济全球化的实质是世界范围内的市场经济化，其对蒙古国存在着金融风险，非公平待遇，收益低，承受的受损多等影响。蒙古国在经济全球化进程中庄加快国内制度的改革和建设，使之更适应全球市场规则；充分发挥比较优势，积极扩大对外贸易；注重科技发展和人力资源培养战略；树立全球化发展战略，积极培育跨国公司；进一步促进地区经济—体化。
1997年蒙古国正式加入世界贸易组织，对于经济发展来说，蒙古国是比较年轻的国家。蒙古国的企业在经济全球化的浪潮中面临着巨大的机遇和挑战。认真分析经济全球化趋势，剖析经济全球化给蒙古国的大企业带来的影响尤其是负面影响，正确认识蒙古国的大企业在经济全球化中的地位并采取相应的对策，是很有意义的。蒙古国的大企业发展得很快，大企业逐渐成为国际化。蒙古国的矿业企业发展迅速，位居亚洲首位。在蒙古国合资企业比较多，原因就是蒙古国在经济方面刚刚起步的国家，蒙古国需要人才，没有掌握的技术还有金融方面有困难等等方面，这些就是影响到蒙古国的大企业的发展。
本文从蒙古国的经济发展现状出发，分析了经济发展现状，产业发展现状，银行业的现状还有大企业的发展，金融全球化对蒙古国的大企业有什么影响，并针对蒙古国大企业如何适应金融全球化提出了相应的解决方法和具体建议。

Abstract
The essence of Economic Globalization is to join to the Worldwide Market Economy. Mongolia there are financial risks, unfair treatment, low income, to withstand the damage. Mongolia speed up the reform and construction of the domestic system in the process of economic globalization, to make it more adapt to the global market rules; fully exploit the comparative advantages, actively expand foreign trade; focus on technological development and human resource development strategies; establish a global development strategy, and actively nurturing multinational corporations; further promote the regional economy. 
In 1997, Mongolia formally joined the WTO, can be said that Mongolia is a relatively young country in economic terms. Mongolia faces enormous opportunities and challenges in the wave of economic globalization. Careful analysis of the trend of economic globalization, the analysis of economic globalization, correct understanding the impact to the large enterprises in Mongolia especially the negative impacts, appropriate measures  to the status of large enterprises in Mongolia is the most Important. The mining industry is developing rapidly in Mongolia and ranking first in Asia. Mongolia has many joint-ventures because, Mongolia is just moving forward step by step in the development of economy.
In this diploma work I analyzed on my research and tried to describe, about the development of Mongolian economy and their current status, development of industries, development status of Banking sectors and Enterprises.  And I wrote about my opinion how financial globalization affects the Mongolian Enterprises, and how to find a solution to adapt to the financial globalization.
