人民币升值对我国经济的影响及应采取的措施

摘  要

人民币升值问题近几年来一直是世界上争论的焦点之一。自2005年人民币对外宣布升值2.1%起至2008年4月10日，人民币对美元汇率中间价首度“破7”以6.992元人民币兑1美元改写了汇改以来的新高纪录。人民币升值问题日益严峻。人民币升值在我国有着怎样的背景呢？我国人民币升值的现状又是怎样的？人民币的升值对我国而言既有积极的影响又有消极的影响，这些积极的或消极的影响会使得我国的经济发生怎样的变化？在人民币升值的压力下我国经济将会面临哪些挑战，又应该采取什么样的措施来应对这场挑战？因此，本文以人民币升值的背景、原因、现状、及由其产生的积极影响和消极影响入手，最后指出我国应当怎样采取什么样的措施才能使人民币升值的消极影响降到最低，从而保证我国经济持续、健康、稳定的发展。

ABSTRACT

The issue of appreciation of the RMB has been one of bones of contention continuously in resent year. From the announcement on revaluation of 2.1 percent in 2005 to April 10 in 2008, the rate of RMB against the U.S. dollar cracked 7 to 6.992. The appreciation of RMB went to worse increasingly. What is the background and actuality of the appreciation of the RMB, what is the impacts of appreciation on China's economy, and what challenges the impacts will bring to our country, to take what measure to avoid repeating the mistakes of Japan and keep a stable, healthy, and rapid development. Therefore, this paper proceed with the background and reasons, the status quo, and the positive and negative impacts of the appreciation of the RMB, pointed out that what measures should be taken eventually to minimize the negative impact of the appreciation of the RMB to our economy, and eventually guarantee a sustainable, healthy, and steady development.
