浅谈民间金融

摘  要
作为处于灰色地带的民间金融来说，多年来民间金融一直受到歧视以至于在“地下”活动时间长达多年。民间金融在民营企业、中小型企业、农业生产融资中扮演了十分重要的角色，但是由于民间金融缺少监督，缺乏管理，民间金融成了高利贷和地下钱庄的代名词，这使得官方一度抑制民间金融。但是民间金融是民营企业、中小企业和农业资产的重要融资渠道，而且这些年来民间金融在中国兴起，不仅为这些企业提供了资金支持还为中国的金融体制的完善提供了鲜活的力量。所以了解民间金融，认清民间金融的发展趋势，分析并解决民间金融在发展中问题。使民间金融合理化合法化，促进民间金融健康发展从而健全我国金融体制有着重要的意义。

ABSTRACT
As was in the pessimistic region the private finance, for many years the private finance has received the discrimination is many years in “underground” the active time. The private finance in the Private enterprise, the Small and medium-sized enterprise, in agricultural production financing has played the very important role, but because the private finance lacks the surveillance, lacks the management, the private finance has become the usury and the illegal money shop pronoun, this caused the official once run on a bank private finance. But the private finance is above Private enterprise and the small and medium-sized enterprise important financing channel, moreover these years private finance emerges in China, not only provided the financial support for these enterprises also to provide the bright strength for China's monetary system's consummation. Therefore the understanding private finance, clearly recognized that private financial the trend of development, analyzes and solves the private finance in the development the question. Causes the private financial rationalization legalization, the promotion private finance healthy development, thus improves our country monetary system to have the vital significance.
