浅析我国股市的“政策市”

摘  要

中国的股票市场从诞生之日起就被深深地打上了“政策市”的烙印，政府长期频繁地干预，严重影响了股票市场的正常发展。促使证券市场走势与经济发展趋势相背离、股市的资源配置功能弱化、股价的剧烈波动加剧、投资者的投资风险加大、违法犯罪活动猖獗、投资观念被扭曲、我国证券市场的国际化进程受阻碍等等。要使股票市场走上正常的运行轨道，必须采取有效的措施，改变这种“政策市”的现状。本文从我国股票市场“政策市”的现象入手，在阐述“政策市”的含义、基本特征的基础上，深入分析了我国股市“政策市”形成的原因，揭示出“政策市”存在对我国股市发展的危害，从而为我国股市走出“政策市”提出一些积极的建议，使我国股票市场早日走上健康发展的道路，成为真正的“经济晴雨表”。
