浅析我国公关礼仪存在的问题及对策——以北京奥运会为例

摘  要

随着世界日新月异的发展，现代社会正向“人无礼则不生,事无礼则不成，国无礼则不宁”的时代迈进，而礼仪在社会交往活动中也有着举足轻重的地位。北京奥运会这场典型且成功的公共关系活动正是因为有公关礼仪恰如其分的运用。所以国家要更加关注和重视公关礼仪在中国的发展，但目前中国的公关礼仪发展现状仍然存在一些问题，需要结合社会的发展使其名族化、国际化。本文通过奥运礼仪来看我国的公关礼仪，从奥运礼仪中获得重要启示，发现问题，并针对其不足提出了相应的对策。

ABSTRACT

With the rapid development of world, the modern society is forwarding"people can not surrive without etiquette, anything can not succeed without etiquette, any  country can not safe without etiquette" and the etiquette plays a very important role in social activities,The Olympic Games of Beijing become a successful and typical public relations activitiy because of the etiquette for public relations.So our country will pay more attention to the development of the etiqutte for public relations in china, there are some problems in its condition of development now ,which needs combine the development of society to make it nationalization and internationalization.This article explains the important inspiration of chinese etiquette for public relations through the courtesy for Olympic and find out some problems and put forword a corresponding strategy against its shortcomings.
