A饭店人员分配分析及对策
【摘要】饭店业是改革开放后快速膨胀的行业,但如今其管理模式发展滞后,中小饭店缺乏科学有效的管理,造成了很大的资源浪费和行业停滞。其中对于人员管理上,出现的问题不是人员数量紧缺,造成服务质量下降,要不就是人员数量冗杂,造成人员工作态度怠慢,权责难分。
A饭店日常运作缺乏科学管理,造成了人员冗杂,资源浪费,员工满意度低,流失率高的现象。本文以A饭店为研究对象,对其人员分配现状进行分析,找出问题,再通过统计分析得出客户需求,运用线性规划将人员分配与客户需求相匹配,以达到资源最优化,成本最小化的管理目的,解决人员分配问题。体现出科学管理对企业的重要意义。

【Abstract】:Hotel Industry develops very rapidly in China after the opening-up policy. But the supervisor mode in this industry is very backward,causing slow progress in this industry these years, especially the small and medium-sized restaurants. For instance, there are some problems on the personal assignment. The employers in some restaurants are either overstaffed or shortage,which cause the snub working attitude of staff and the responsibility and right are confused.
The A Restaurant is lack of scientific management, which leads to the staff overstaffed, resource waste, low satisfaction of staff and high staff losing. The A Restaurant is the research subject of this paper. Here this paper analyzes the current situation of personnel assignment first, and trys to find out the problems exist, and then use the statics tool to make out of the need of customers. Use the linear program to match the personnel assignment and need, for the target of optimum of using resource and lowest cost. Reflect the value of scientific management.
