浅析新休假制度对旅游业的影响

摘要：目前，旅游业已成为世界上最大的经济产业之一，在社会经济发展中扮演着越来越重要的角色。休假制度则对人们旅游需求实现的必要条件之一——闲暇时间的享有权起到一定的保障作用。目前世界上大多数国家都对休假采取鼓励参与的态度，而我国的休假制度自建国以来也几经调整。尤其是黄金周的实行，更是我国休假制度史上历史性的变革。然而其在带来经济繁荣的同时，也给旅游各方面造成了很大的压力，从长期看也对旅游业的健康发展不利。对此，国务院于2008年推出了新的休假制度，给旅游业的发展带来了新的机遇和挑战。本文从旅游行业、旅游者、旅游资源各方面对新休假制度的影响予以研究。

Analysis on the influences of the new holiday system on Chinese tourism

Abstract: At present, the tourism has become the biggest economy in the world，playing a more and more important role in the socio-economic development. Leisure time is one of the necessary conditions to realize traveling demand. And the holiday system safeguards people’s right to enjoy their leisure times in a certain degree. Now most countries in the world encourage to take enjoy holiday, and our country’s system also has changed many times, especially the implementation of Golden Week. However, its function was not only in economic’s prosperity, but also brought a lot of pressures to all aspects of tourism. It also didn’t good for the tourism in the long run. In this regard, the state council launched a new vacation system in 2008. It brought new opportunities and challenges to the development of tourism. This article will do some research in the new system’s influences from the tourism industries, tourists, and tourism resources.
