“共保体”模式下浙江农业保险发展困境与创新机制研究

摘  要：浙江省地处自然灾害多发地区，为探索一条符合浙江实际的农业保险发展道路，经过3年的试点，新的政策性农业保险共保体于2009年成立。浙江虽说走在我国前列，但也应当借鉴其他成功经验，积极推进农业保险制度创新，完善具有我省特色的农业保险制度模式。本文拟采用定量分析与定性分析相结合的方法，试图分析共保体模式下浙江农业保险的现状，对发展困境进行分析、思考，提出相应的创新建议，希望对我省乃至全国农业保险的进一步发展有所帮助。

Study on the Co-insurance Status of Zhejiang Agricultural Insurance

Abstract: Zhejiang Province is located in natural disaster-prone areas, in order to explore a way that Zhejiang agricultural insurance in line with the actual path of development, after three years of pilot, the new policy-oriented agricultural insurance co-insurance body was established in 2009. While Zhejiang Province is walking in the forefront of China's, but it also should draw on the successful experience of others, to promote innovation in the agricultural insurance system actively, to improve the characteristics of a province of agricultural insurance system mode. This paper uses quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis method of combining, attempt to analyze the physical mode, co-insurance status of Zhejiang Agricultural Insurance, think and analysis of the development dilemma, put forward some innovative proposals accordingly, hope to help our province as well as the further development of the national agricultural insurance.
