外国资本流入、资本效率与中国经济增长

摘  要：自改革开放以来，中国积极地采取各种鼓励政策吸引外资，中国利用外资的规模越来越大，对本国的经济增长也起到了巨大的推动作用。同时,不可避免地出现了一些不容忽视的问题，给本国经济的进一步发展带来了负面影响。因此，克服利用外资中出现的问题，保证本国经济的健康和快速发展，制定相应的对策成为了中国政府的必然选择。全文分为四部分。第一部分对外商直接投资和经济增长的相关理论争论进行了详细综述；第二部分从定量的角度阐述了FDI对我国经济增长的影响，并从不同地区，行业加以具体分析；第三部分用Granger因果关系检验法检验了是否存在因果关系，若存在是单向的还是双向的；最后一部分根据FDI业绩指数与潜力指数结合分析结果提出了当前我国利用外商直接投资应采取的策略。

The foreign capital inflow, the capital efficiency and China economic growth

Abstract: Since the reform and open policy, our country has adopted each kind to encourage the policy attraction foreign capital positively, the Chinese use foreign capital's scale is getting bigger and bigger, also plays the huge promotion effect to our country economic growth. At the same time, had some not allow to neglect problems inevitably, has brought the negative influence for our country economy's further development. Therefore, overcomes the question which in the use foreign capital appears, guaranteed that our country economy the health and the fast development, formulated the corresponding countermeasure to become the Chinese government choice inevitably. The full text divides into four parts. The first part to the foreign direct investment and economic growth's correlation theories argued that has carried on the detailed summary. The second part elaborated from the quota angle FDI to our country economic growth's influence, and from the different area, the profession performs the concrete study. The third part the causal relation inspection method examined with Granger whether to have the causal relation, if the existence is unidirectional or bidirectional. Last part the achievement index and the potential index joint analysis result proposed according to FDI current our country uses the strategy which the foreign direct investment should adopt.
