浅析美国次贷危机的教训

内容摘要

由美国次贷危机引发的全球性金融危机，对我国和其他国家的实体经济和金融业都产生了重大的影响，我们很有必要对这场危机进行深入的分析，以便吸取经验教训。本文从美国宏观经济政策制定的失误、金融机构违背审慎原则和金融创新的无节制方面对次贷危机产生的原因作出了分析,并借鉴历次经济危机的教训，认识到我国金融市场改革不能照搬西方自由市场竞争体制。在金融发展和金融创新的同时应加强风险控制，要转变经济增长方式，正确处理实体和虚拟经济的关系。应对次贷危机的具体措施，主要是制定适当的宏观政策，加强金融资本市场建设和产业结构调整等。

Abstract

The global financial crisis from the time of USA loan crisis initiates ,have all produceed significant effect to our country and other country’s real economy and finance, we have been necessary carrying out it ,and learn from it .first of all,we have made analysis to USA macro-economic policy,and against cautious principle,and nothing of finance innovative being moderate. And got economic crisis lesson from it .we set off from Chinese economy and finance current situatoin.next through-out think it over and realize.we can not cope to west free market, we would control reinforce risk in developing finance job and carrying out innovative ,and turn on the way of economic growth to sell the enttly and the virtual economy relation at reduced prices correctly.at last we have brought out the concrete measure answering time of loan crisis, have had mainly working out appropriate macroscopic marlcetplace constuction and industrial restructuring and so on .
