社会保障基金投资风险与防范机制研究

内 容 摘 要

社会保障基金是社会保障制度的重要组成部分，投资运营是其实现保值增值的重要内容。社会保障基金投资进入金融市场后，由于自身特殊性质以及相关市场的特殊环境，面临着内外部风险，为了实现社会保障基金入市后盈利性与安全性的均衡，必须实行有效的风险管理。风险的防范可从投资规范、审计监督与风险管理三方面进行。

The Investment Risk of Social Security Fund and Risk Defending Mechanism

Abstract

    Social security fund is an important part of the system of social security .Investment operation is a way to increase its value .After invested in financial market， it will face up to many risk. Investor need to balance the profit and safety under the special investing environment and target. Investor need to balance the profit and safety. So the risk managing is effete way to finish it. This thesis analyst the fund current condition， expound the risks that it’s faced， and discuss the mechanism of risk defending.
