摘 要

本文主要对郑州市罗山19元店市场的现状,所面临的环境的描写,从罗山19元店所面对的目标市场上的消费者的需求特点,购买能力,购买特点等方面分析了它的巨大潜在市场以及目前罗山19元店所存在的各种问题,比如说店面中产品数量和质量的缺陷,营销手段的单一,店面陈列的不合理,售后服务空白等,并对这些问题进行了分析研究,提出了解决这些问题的建议:提高商品的质量和增加数量,强化店铺的商品陈列,大力推行店铺促销,提高店铺的服务,通过优质的服务提高“店誉”等。随后并对罗山19元店的发展作出了展望。虽然罗山19元店才发展没多久,但是这作为一种新兴的销售方式,它会成功的,这只是时间的问题。就目前来说,罗山19元店是出现了很多问题,这些问题越来越成为这种销售方式,以及罗山19元店继续发展的很大阻碍了,所以,罗山19元店、同价销售法要进一步发展,就一定要合力解决这些问题,真正的面对市场进行生产与经营。
