对我国城市公共设施被盗现象的探析

摘  要

城市公共设施与人民群众生活紧密相联，直接关系到城市经济和社会的发展。它不仅是城市生存和发展的基本条件，本身也是社会生产力的重要组成部分。随着我国经济的发展，人民生活水平不断提高，生活安定。但却出现了怪现象，城市公共设施偷盗现象严重，有愈演愈烈之势，其行为令人发指，影响之恶劣，严重影响了市民的基本生活，更不利于社会和谐。本文从城市公共设施的含义入手，简要阐述城市公共设施的特性及作用，针对北京、广州、上海、西安等大中城市公共设施偷盗严重的现象进行分析比较，剖析原因，提出几点浅薄的建议，希望能起到一定的借鉴作用。
