知识型员工的流失问题研究

摘 要

在知识经济迅猛发展的今天,企业之间的竞争日益激烈。知识型员工是知识的承载者和所有者,是企业生存与发展所依赖的基础,他们是企业的核心力量,承担着重要的工作职责,在企业的经营和管理活动中发挥着越来越重要的作用。随着社会的进步与科技的发展,人们的思想趋于多元化,知识型员工的流动变得日益频繁,这有利于增强企业活力。然而,过高的知识型员工流失率严重地影响了企业的正常生产与发展,甚至会给企业带来致命的打击。因此,知识型员工流失是企业经营管理中必须加以重视并亟待解决的重要问题。本文首先通过介绍知识型员工的战略地位,引出了知识型员工的流失问题,其次,详细地分析了造成知识型员工流失的主要原因,再次,在肯定员工适度流动会给企业带来活力的前提下,从企业角度重点阐述了知识型员工大量流失所带来的消极影响,最后,总结出减少知识型员工流失的合理对策和措施。

ABSTRACT

With the rapid development of knowledge economy, the competition between enterprises becomes fiercer and fiercer. The knowledge workers----the masters of knowledge are the hard-core of each enterprise: they are foundation stone of enterprises’ survival and development; they undertake important positions and their roles in company management and administration are gaining more weight. With the society's progress and the technology's development, the notion of people tends to be diversify, the intellectual flow is seeing an up-rise in frequency day by day. Though able to spur vitality within a company, an excessively high loss of personnel will produce negative effect on production and future development which may end as a fatal attack to the enterprise. Therefore, the study on intellectual loss calls for prompt attention and ready solutions. This paper has firstly pointed out the problem of the knowledge staff's outflow through introducing their strategic status. Secondly, it has analyzed in detail the main cause bringing about knowledge employees' outflow. Thirdly, after making a point that employee flow can bring vigor to enterprises, this paper turns around and elaborates with emphasis on the negative influence that it brings to the enterprises. Finally, it has summed up the reasonable countermeasures of reducing the knowledge staff drain.
