大学毕业生自主创业与政策扶持

 摘    要
大学毕业生创业活动是大学生就业的重要途径。创业是大学生实现个人价值的动力和发展的灵魂。本文通过对当前我国大学毕业生的就业形势进行分析，得到了大学生创业具有必要性的结论。本文分析大学生自主创业的条件，包括社会条件，个人条件和政策条件，研究了大学生自主创业在我国的可行性。本文最后研究大学生自主创业面临的问题，并且详细分析大学生自主创业面临的问题的解决方法和途径。创业能力包括基本知识技能和人际交往的能力，创新能力和自我完善的能力。创业能力的训练，也是创业的关键所在。分析当前的形势，大学生自主创业虽然面临着大量急需解决的问题和巨大的困难，但我们有理由相信，随着大学生自身素质的提高和国家的政策扶持，两方面的不断完善，大学生自主创业的人会越来越多，成功率也会越来越高。我们期待着大学生自主创业风暴的到来。
