摘  要:人总是生活或工作在特定的群体之中,从而产生一定的人际关系。家和百事兴,人和万事顺,良好的人际关系将有利于开展工作和提高工作效率。我们在大学学习期间,已经深切感受到人际关系对自己的生活和学习具有重要意义。在社会生活中,在各行各业的管理工作中,就更需要良好的人际关系了。本文就人际关系和管理工作的关系,结合所学的行政管理方面的知识,谈谈自己的认识。
