激励机制对食品加工企业人力资源管理的作用摘  要
近些年来我国食品安全问题频繁发生,其影响力和破坏性也在逐日增加,可以说已经严重威胁到了人们的身体健康和生命安全。该问题的发生与企业内部人力资源激励机制不完善有直接关系。因此,食品加工企业人力资源管理中建立健全激励机制问题是亟待解决的问题。本文以激励理论与人力资源管理理论为理论依据,查阅大量文献,并进行资料与文献的整理与分析,通过调查分析食品加工企业人力资源激励实践中存在的问题,借鉴国内外企业有效激励员工的成功案例,并通过对三鹿奶粉事件的分析,找出了其存在的激励机制方面的问题,吸取其经验教训,达到为食品加工企业的生存与发展建立有效激励机制提供参考的研究目的,提出了建立科学有效激励机制的一些有效建议。
