如何提高中小企业竞争力

摘  要
中小企业的发展在取得举世瞩目的成果的同时也有着来自内部和外部的很多问题，例如：政策保障问题、市场环境问题、管理制度问题、生产技术水平等等方面，导致企业竞争力的乏弱甚至缺失，制约了企业的发展。本文从中小企业竞争力的概述出发，分析了企业竞争力的包含因素，如管理能力、生产技术能力、创新能力、人才利用开发能力等方面，研究了影响我国中小企业竞争力发展的各种因素，包括内部因素和外部环境因素。在对影响中小企业竞争力提高的各种因素进行分析的基础之上，对如何提高竞争力进行了研究，探讨解决提高中小企业竞争力的有效途径。

ABSTRACT

There are some problems about the development of small and medium-sized enterprises. For example: The policy ensures respects such as question, market environment problem, management system question, production engineering level,etc. Cause the even exhaustedly and weakly lacking of enterprise's competitiveness. Have restricted the development of enterprises. This text proceeds from summary of the competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises, has analyzed the factor of including of enterprise's competitiveness, for instance managerial ability, production technology ability, innovation ability, talent utilize respects such as development ability,etc., research influences various factors that the competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises of our country develops, through to how improve competitiveness research of problem, probe into, solve, improve small and medium-sized enterprises effective way of competitiveness.
