中西酒文化的功能性差异探究酒作为一种古老的饮料，在中西方不同文化的熏陶下产生了不同的酒文化，在中西方的社会生活中也发挥了不同的功能，在物质和精神上都对中西方人民有着一定的影响。
本文分为五个部分,第一部分是论文的概述。第二部分描述了中国和西方酒文化的起源与功能性差异的定义。这将让读者理解功能性差异的定义,以便更好的了解其他的内容。第三部分描述了中西方酒文化功能性差异的原因。第四部分是本文的核心部分,从中国和西方的酒文化的功能性差异的视角来讲述。它研究了物质酒文化和精神酒文化。在物质酒文化方面,从社会生活和社会地位两个方面进行分析。在精神酒文化方面,从喝酒礼仪和人文精神两方面进行分析。最后一部分提出了一个总结,指出在理解中国和西方之间酒文化差异之后可以更好的掌握跨文化沟通能力。

Abstract:Wine, as a kind of ancient beverage, under the influence by the different culture of Chinese and western, came into being the different kinds of wine culture. It also played a different role in Chinese and western social life, and had certain effect on the material and spirit of Chinese and western people.
This paper is divided into five parts. The first part is the overview of the paper. The second part describes the origin of Chinese and western wine culture and the definition of the functional differences. This will let readers understand the definition of functional differences what in order to better understand the content of the rest. The third part describes the reason of the functional differences of Chinese and western wine culture. The fourth part is the core part of this paper which is discussed from the perspective of the functional differences between Chinese and Western wine culture. It makes a study on the material wine culture and spiritual wine culture. In the material wine culture, it analyses on social life and social status. In the spiritual wine culture, it analyses on drinking etiquette and humanistic spirit. The last part makes out a summary, and points out that after understanding the difference between Chinese and western wine culture, we can better grasp the cross-cultural communication skills.
