“仁”的法文化解读

儒家文化是中国传统文化的一大结晶，它的核心思想是“仁”，同样，自秦汉大一统以后，几乎历朝历代的统治阶级都是宣扬以“仁”为核心制定法律，以践行“仁道”来实现伟大的政治图景——“王道”。因此，在提倡依法治国的今天，想要从古代法律中汲取精华，就必须探讨古代的“仁”背后的法文化精神，并结合当下的国情与民情，作出切合实际的法律解读，分析实现现代的“王道”应具备的条件。

The Interpretation of Humanity in Legal Culture
ABSTRACT: Confucianist culture is one of the great achievements in Chinese traditional culture. Its core is Humanity. After Cathay was reunified in Qin dynasty, merely each dominator utilized Humanity to draw up statute book. It sounds like that their political prospect is the great Kingly Way. So it is necessary to discuss the spiritual of Humanity in legal culture to learn ancient legal essences. Therefore, we should combine today’s national condition and feelings of the people to make legal reading which is according with physical truth and analyze the requirement what current Kingly Way should have.
