论我国高校教师薪酬管理制度存在的问题及对策

薪酬管理制度是高校人力资源管理的核心制度，建立起公平合理的薪酬管理制度对于高校来说具有极其重要的意义，一方面能够留住优秀的教师骨干，激发工作热情与活力，另一方面能够对高校教育事业的发展起到助力作用。针对目前我国高校教师薪酬管理制度的现状及存在问题，为从深层释放教职工的创造力、提高工作积极性，本文深入的探索与研究了当前我国高校薪酬管理制度存在的问题，针对性的提出了一些对策及建议，希望能为新阶段高校教师的薪酬管理制度改革起到一定的借鉴作用，以促进我国高校教育事业的发展进步。

Study on The Problems and Countermeasures of The Salary Management System in                 The University of China

ABSTRACT: The salary management system is the core of human resources management, and the reasonable salary management system is of great significance for universities to attract outstanding teachers, to mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity of teachers. In view of the present situation and existing problems of the Chinese university salary management system, and in order to release the creativity and enhance the working enthusiasm of the university teachers, we study the problems existing in the salary management system of our country universities, then put forward the countermeasures and suggestions. All of these, we hope that the countermeasures and suggestions could play a reference role for the new stage of university salary management system, and could promote the continuous development of Chinese university education.
