天津市收入分配差距与经济增长关系实证分析

关于收入分配与经济增长之间的关系，一直以来都是经济学界关注的热点论题，经济快速发展的同时收入分配差距扩大问题越来越严重，因此对天津市收入分配状况及其与经济增长之间的联系实行有效分析是必要的。
本文根据历年统计数据并加以整理，运用统计分析和比较分析的方法，对天津市的总体经济发展态势以及城镇居民间、城乡居民间、19类不同行业间收入分配差距情况进行描述和说明。反映收入分配差距的度量指标有多种，本文采用基尼系数、城乡收入比和变异系数。
　　为了分析天津市收入分配差距与经济增长之间的关系，分别选取反映收入分配差距的城乡收入比、反映经济增长的人均GDP指数这两个指标的时间序列数据（1978-2013），建立经济计量模型，进行平稳性检验且通过该检验后，实行协整检验和格兰杰检验，检验分别验证了指标间具有长期的稳定关系以及双向因果关系。最后提出了解决天津市收入差距过大问题的几点对策建议。

Abstract

   The relationship of income distribution and economic growth has always been a hot topic in economic field,Tianjin has more and more serious problems in income distribution gap,given that it is necessary to study the relationship between income distribution and economic growth in Tianjin city.
   The paper analyzes the trend of overall economic development in Tianjin city and the situation of residents income distribution gap within urban, between cities and countries, among 19 different kinds of industries, using methods of statistical analysis and comparative analysis. There are many kinds of measures to reflect the income distribution gap.This paper uses the Gini coefficient, the ratio of urban and rural income, and the coefficient of variation.
　 This paper choose the time series data(1978-2013) of the ratio of urban and rural income and per capita GDP index, setting up econometric models of Cointegration relationship test and Granger Casuality test. The results prove a long-time stable relationship and bidirectional causality between income distribution gap and economic growth. Finally, it puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problem of the income gap in Tianjin city.
