纳米氧化铁粉体制备方法综述
纳米氧化铁在吸光、着色、亮度等方面有很大的提高。在陶瓷材料、印刷、造纸行业、光吸收材料、催化剂和国防防科学等方面有着广泛的需求。本文综述了纳米氧化铁的制备方法,分析了沉淀法、水热法、胶体化学法、溶胶—凝胶法、回流法、强迫水解法、固相法、燃烧合成法等多种不同方法制备纳米氧化铁的优缺点。就目前制备纳米氧化铁的一些方法,提出了制备纳米氧化铁要向低成本、工艺简单、粒径可控的方向进展。

 Abstract:Nanostructures of ferric oxide in the tinting strength, transparency, color, etc, have greatly improved. In coating, printing, papermaking industry, high magnetic recording materials, catalyst and biomedical engineering has a wide range of needs.The preparation method of nanometer iron oxide is summarized.Analyzed the precipitation, colloid chemical method, sol - gel method, hydrothermal method, reflux method, forced hydrolysis method and solid phase method, combustion synthesis method, the advantages and disadvantages of different methods, such as the preparation of nanometer iron oxide.Aiming at some problems in the preparation of nanometer iron oxide.Preparation of nanometer iron oxide is put forward to lower cost, controllable particle size, uniform grain direction.
