东西部小学生英语成绩差异的比较研究

  本文从新课程背景下全日制小学生英语学习的现状出发，通过自制测试卷、调查问卷和观察等方式，比较东西部两个城市（浙江省杭州市和甘肃省金昌市）小学五年级学生英语成绩、英语能力的差异，分析、总结归纳差异背后不同的教育背景和环境、教育政策及法规、教学方式以及教师素养和学生学习状态等多方面的原因，探究不同区域英语教学的优势，为教学一线的教师和教育主管部门决策提供参考。

Abstract
The article bases on the condition of  the full-time pupils’ present situation of English learning, which is under the new curriculum background, and compares the English grades、the difference between the fifth grade students in schools of east and west regions through questionnaires and observations. It aims to analysis and summarize multi-elements hidden in the diversity, such as various background, education policy and regulations, teaching methods and attainments as well as study appearance. It explores the advantages of various English educational regions with the goal of providing reference and experience to the teachers and educational administrative department.
